BU Global Days of Service 2014: Boston
  April 1, 2014
  April 30, 2014

Boston, MA

At BU, we pride ourselves on being ‘in service to the city’– and the world. It’s a sentiment that stays with Terriers long after graduation. Global Days of Service brings together alumni, students, faculty, parents, and staff to serve communities around the world. No matter where you are, you can join us in making a difference.

BU has a rich history of giving back to the city of Boston, and this year is no different. Last year, over a thousand alumni and students volunteered across the greater Boston area with Global Days of Service, and we hope to make an even bigger impact in 2014. Join us for one of the service opportunities listed below. Additional information on each service project (directions, parking, etc.) will be sent to volunteers a week prior to the event.

To check out the service opportunities around the world, and to register for sites in other cities, please visit the Cities & Projects page on the Global Days of Service website. Current undergraduate students should register for Boston Global Days of Service projects at the Community Service Center Eventbrite page.

Volunteers will be registering walkers, taking last minute donations, assisting walkers with t-shirts, snacks and beverages, setting up and cleaning up the area and walk route, and assisting student groups and performers with any needs they may have.
