3:30 p.m.-Through the Lens - Pictures of My Generations: A Talk and Visual Presentation by Peter Simon (COM70)
College of Communication Auditorium, 640 Commonwealth Avenue
Nationally acclaimed photojournalist, author and music historian Peter Simon discusses the life and culture of his generation.
5:30 p.m.-Service of Remembrance
Marsh Chapel, 735 Commonwealth Avenue
Join fellow alumni and friends in remembering the triumphs and tragedies of 1970, as well as to honor deceased members of the BU Class of 1970.
6:15 p.m.-Class of 1970 Reception
Mugar Memorial Library, 771 Commonwealth Avenue
Enjoy a warm and inviting complimentary cocktail reception for the members of the Class of 1970 and their guests, hosted by the Boston University Alumni Association.
8 p.m.-Celebration 2010 Buffet Dinner
Fuller Building, 808 Commonwealth Avenue
Members of the Class of 1970 and their families are welcome to join the Class of 2010 and their families at this sumptuous buffet dinner, with beer, wine, and soft drinks included.
Tickets: $30 per person
Sunday, May 16
9 a.m.-Class of 1970 Convocation and Reception
CFA Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue (Note location change)
Walk across the stage and be recognized individually at this formal convocation for the Class of 1970. Complimentary breakfast reception to follow.
12 p.m.-Formation of the Academic Procession
Rich Hall Cinema Room, 277 Babcock Street
1 p.m.-The 137th Commencement of Boston University
Join the Class of 2010 in the academic procession, then be seated in a special section among graduating students to take part in the ceremony, which will include a tribute to the Class of 1970.
Academic regalia is required and will be provided at no cost to returning members of the Class of 1970.

Remember Warren Towers?
Class of 1970 Commencement participants have the option of choosing Warren as their home away from home during the event weekend.
Room cost for a single adult set-up is $65 per night
Room cost for one adult and one child (12 and under) is $90 per night
Room cost for two adults is $100 per night
Warren Towers will be available from 9 a.m. on Friday, May 14, through 11 a.m. on Monday, May 17 (Sunday check-in is not available). Please remember that this is dormitory-style living; there are no bathrooms or telephones in individual rooms.
Each bed set-up consists of a freshly made twin bed with pillow and clean towels. A child 12 and under who does not require his/her own bed, may stay in your room at no additional cost; sleeping bags are suggested (pillows, linens, towels will not be provided).
On Saturday, Sunday, and Monday guests may enjoy a full American-style breakfast in the dining room for an additional charge of $5 per person, per day.
